Inner Gloves

An inner short glove can add wearer comfort and wick perspiration. Butyl short gloves can be paired with Guardian's cotton or knitted Stay-Cool. The latter has more wicking ability. The cotton inner gloves are less constraining, but the knitted gloves provide more sure fit. Neoprene short glove used around flamables, such as jet fuel, should be paired with cotton inner gloves, as they will not melt. For butyl short, be sure to check the combined fit relative to size selection. Guardian gloves, other than Surgical-Fit™, tend to offer more room for a given size than other brands.
